Go Training has been delivering the Service Achievement Award on behalf of Scottish Enterprise Grampian (SAA) for all tourism-related businesses since 2001 (64 businesses to date) .

This programme provides organisations with the key steps to develop a customer focus strategy that will enable them to deliver excellence in customer service.
